Added the esim prior to arriving in the country. Phone will continuously try and activate it but it won’t succeed. When you land in Thailand, switch lines to the sim and it activates. Took maybe 20 seconds and I had a working connection. Fully satisfied. Will use this again in the future.

The sign up process was easy. I didn’t get sent a QR code but could quickly log in and get access to it (log in details sent in email on sign up). To get 5G, you must have a modern device that supports it. iPhone 11 and older do not support 5G.

No password reset email received after 1 day. Checked my spam folder…nothing. Using a long established gmail account. Did a screen grab of my QR code. Not yet in Thailand, so I don’t know of the eSim will work. Not a great experience.

Very easy to set up, watch the installation video and you can’t go wrong. Turned off my regular Sim on the flight over and switched to the E-sim. As soon as I landed in Bangkok I received a message saying successfully activated (don’t be put off by the message saying unable to activate whilst you are in your own country, it will only activate once you arrive at your destination country.) I’m still using it right now, faultless coverage. Highly recommended as it saves the queues and hassle of getting a sim when you arrive. Incredible price and product. Einziges Manko war das verlängern, bzw. aufladen des Kontos, das hat in meinem Fall leider nicht geklappt und war auch im Gegensatz zur ursprünglichen ziemlich einfachen erstInstallation der esim, zu kompliziert und umständlich!
Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als einen zweiten 16 Tage Zeitraum zu kaufen, ist aber aufgrund des günstigen Preises zu verschmerzen.
Ich würde es definitiv wieder benutzen!

Fairly easy to set up. iPhones as a bunch of confusing questions but don’t worry about it. You can change the setup at a later time. We generally set ours to use our European number as primary and data set to e-sim. This works well as we use apps for calls.
